NOVELTY - Manufacture of crosslinked polyacrylate-based graphene nanocomposite coating agent involves adding 50-60 parts mass carbonylated polyacrylate and 50-60 parts mass aminated graphene oxide to a reactor, adjusting pH, and reacting. The carbonylated polyacrylate is obtained by dissolving ammonium persulfate in deionized water, reacting, adding an emulsion (A1) and an initiator aqueous solution (A2), stirring, maintaining at 75 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, adding an emulsion (B1) and an initiator aqueous solution (B2), stirring, maintaining at 75 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling, adjusting pH to 7-8, and filtering. USE - Manufacture of crosslinked polyacrylate-based graphene nanocomposite agent used for coating leather. ADVANTAGE - The crosslinked polyacrylate-based graphene nanocomposite agent provides coated leather with excellent abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of crosslinked polyacrylate-based graphene nanocomposite coating agent involves adding 50-60 parts mass carbonylated polyacrylate and 50-60 parts mass aminated graphene oxide to a reactor, adjusting pH to 4-5, and reacting at normal temperature for 2-3 hours. The carbonylated polyacrylate is obtained by dissolving 0.5-1 part mass ammonium persulfate in 62-99 parts mass deionized water, reacting at 75 degrees C, adding an emulsion (A1) and an initiator aqueous solution (A2), stirring for 1-1.5 hour, maintaining at 75 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, adding an emulsion (B1) and an initiator aqueous solution (B2), stirring for 2-3 hours, maintaining at 75 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting pH to 7-8, and filtering. The aminated graphene oxide is obtained by mixing 0.60-0.80 part mass adipic acid dihydrazide and 90-100 parts mass graphene oxide aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, and reacting at 30 degrees C for 10-12 hours.
