▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding oxidation graphene to deionized water, and performing an ultrasonic dispersing process in the resulting solution to form oxidation graphene dispersion. Red phosphorus is added to the dispersion that is subjected to the dispersing process to form a dispersion liquid of red phosphorus and graphene. The prepared dispersion liquid is added in a hydrothermal kettle. A nickel metal substrate is immersed in the liquid. A hydro-thermal reaction is performed in the kettle. A nickel/graphene composite thin film material is washed with the deionized water, dried and stored. USE - Method for preparing a nickel phosphide/graphene composite thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of the nickel phosphide/graphene composite thin film material in large-scale under mild conditions and low material costs in a simple manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photograph of a nickel phosphide/graphene composite thin film material.
