NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene hot melt anticorrosive coating comprises mixing vinyl acetate monomer and solvent, adding initiator, mixing, passing inert gas, stirring, adding ethylene monomer, heating, and polymerizing; mixing graphene oxide and silane coupling agent at mass ratio of 10:1-3, ultrasonically dispersing, water bath heating, stirring, rinsing, and drying to obtaining coupling agent-modified graphene oxide; mixing silane coupling agent-modified graphene oxide and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer precursor at weight ratio of 1:5-8, heating silane and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer at 75-85 degrees C, stirring, cutting, and granulating; and drying, pulverizing, sieving, and mixing with resin for 4-5 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene hot melt anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating forms a dense film and greatly improves dispersion of graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene hot melt anticorrosive coating comprises: (A) mixing vinyl acetate monomer and solvent, adding initiator, mixing, passing inert gas, stirring, adding ethylene monomer, heating, and polymerizing, where solvent is methanol, ethanol, and tert-butanol; mass ratio of vinyl acetate monomer and solvent is 1:1.5-3; initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile or peroxy neodecanoate; and amount of 0.2-1 wt.% vinyl acetate monomer and solvent; (B) mixing graphene oxide and silane coupling agent at mass ratio of 10:1-3, ultrasonically dispersing, water bath heating, stirring, rinsing, and drying to obtaining coupling agent-modified graphene oxide; (C) mixing silane coupling agent-modified graphene oxide and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer precursor at weight ratio of 1:5-8, heating silane and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer at 75-85 degrees C, stirring, cutting, and granulating; and (D) drying, pulverizing, sieving, and mixing with resin for 4-5 hours, where silane coupling agent is 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane; and resin is epoxy resin.
