NOVELTY - A graphene combined manganese-fuel cell catalyst is prepared by placing manganese, platinum, molybdenum, cobalt and carbon material into cleaning device, cleaning and drying, adding dried carbon material into container, adding purified water, ultrasonically filling protective gas, adding reducing agent, reacting, adding salt water, and replacement reacting; and putting dried manganese into container, adding purified water, ultrasonically processing, adding oxidant, reacting, entering carbon material and manganese into filtering device, filtering, uniformly dispersing, and mechanical grinding. USE - Method for preparing graphene combined manganese-fuel cell catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has easy to control particle size and low graphene cost. The method is simple and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene combined manganese-fuel cell catalyst is prepared by: (A) placing manganese, platinum, molybdenum, cobalt and carbon material as raw materials into cleaning device, washing for 3-6 times, cleaning and drying, adding dried carbon material into container, adding purified water, ultrasonically filling protective gas, adding reducing agent, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, adding salt water, and replacement reacting for 3-7 minutes; (B) putting dried manganese into container, adding purified water, ultrasonically processing, adding oxidant, reacting at 50-75 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, entering carbon material and manganese into filtering device, filtering, uniformly dispersing, putting into grinding container, and mechanical grinding under wet condition at 40-60 degrees C for 15-35 minutes; and (C) uniformly dispersing platinum, molybdenum and cobalt into reaction container, transferring into grinding container, mechanical polishing under wet condition at 60-80 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, filtering grinded materials to ensure carbon material, manganese, platinum, molybdenum and cobalt particle size of 5-10 mu m, uniformly dispersing into reaction container, heating under inert gas atmosphere protection at 200-900 degrees C for 2-4 hours at speed of 20 degrees C/minute, and ensuring reaction vessel vacuum state at heating speed of 200 degrees C/hour.
