▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polyamide 6 filament comprises (i) grafting the haloamine monomer onto the surface of graphene oxide under the action of a catalyst to obtain haloamine-modified graphene; (ii) adding filler, guanidine antibacterial agent and quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent into the graphene modified by haloamine and reacting to obtain antibacterial modified graphene; and (iii) dispersing antibacterial modified graphene in deionized water, adding caprolactam, carrying ring-opening, polymerizing to obtain the polymerized fluid, slicing, extracting, drying, and spinning. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polyamide 6 filament is useful in biomedicine. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene modified polyamide 6 filament with improved antibacterial performance and excellent spinnability.
