NOVELTY - Preparing plasma-enhanced of fluorinated carbon cathode material comprises placing carbon source in a vacuum chamber, placing the whole chamber under a thermal field, passing in a fluorine-containing gas source using a plasma generator to generate fluorine-containing plasma to fluorinate carbon materials to obtain carbon fluoride, and heating at 250-600°C under the power output power of the plasma generator is 200-1000 W, the flow rate of fluorine-containing gas is 10-200 sccm, and the vacuum degree of the cavity is 0.5-50 Pa. USE - Plasma enhanced preparation method of fluorinated carbon material anode used for lithium fluoride carbon primary battery. Uses include but are not limited to military, medical, aerospace and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The prepared carbon fluoride material has excellent multiplying power performance and high specific capacity. The method is simple, and is easy to realize the preparation of a batch of fluorinated carbon material, which is good for engineering application.
