NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to devices with a biosensitive element based on reduced graphene oxide. Method of producing a biological sensor based on graphene oxide involves forming a graphene-containing material on a film substrate, patterning the obtained film to form a conducting channel and modifying the surface of the film with chemical compounds. Note here that graphene oxide film is formed by drip application of liquid medium. Film patterning is carried out by controlled incomplete reduction of graphene oxide film. Conducting region is formed in the form of a given topological pattern, then the obtained workpiece is coated with a laminating polymer film except for areas of electric contact and a hole, which is located above the conductive area and functions as a "window" for exposing the sensor. Film open surface is modified by immobilising aptamers on functional oxygen-containing groups. USE - Biotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Invention allows creating high-sensitivity biosensor with possibility of multiple measurements and integration into personal devices of health state monitoring. 10 cl, 3 dwg
