NOVELTY - Preparing Ultra-smooth surface of iron-chromium-aluminum material comprises (a) grinding, sticking the cut iron-chromium-aluminum workpiece on the circular carrier disc, sticking grinding pad on the grinding disc, placing circular carrier disc in the fixture of the grinding disc, (b) configuring polishing solution by configuring polishing solution including solvent and solute, uniformly mixing solute in deionized water to obtain polishing liquid, (c) sticking polishing pad on the polishing disc for rough polishing, transporting polishing liquid to surface of the workpiece for rough polishing to achieve the effect of removing scratches on the workpiece, (d) fine polishing, replacing polishing pad in step (c) with IC1000 pad (polishing pad), selecting polishing liquid prepared in step (b) for fine polishing, thus suppress the intergranular height difference on the surface of the workpiece, polishing, cleaning workpiece with ultrasonic vibration and wiping with anhydrous ethanol. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-smooth surface of iron-chromium-aluminum material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has short total grinding and polishing time; and realizes efficient ultra-smooth surface processing of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultra-smooth surface of iron-chromium-aluminum material comprises (a) grinding, sticking the cut iron-chromium-aluminum workpiece on the circular carrier disc, sticking grinding pad on the grinding disc, placing circular carrier disc in the fixture of the grinding disc, dropping grinding droplets on grinding pad, grinding to smooth the workpiece, setting grinding pressure of workpiece to 40-80 kPa at a speed of 50-100 revolutions/minute by adding a counterweight to the circular carrier disc for 50-70 minutes, taking out the carrier plate and rinse the surface of the workpiece, (b) configuring polishing solution by configuring polishing solution including solvent and solute, uniformly mixing solute in deionized water to obtain polishing liquid, where the solvent is deionized water and solute including 5-15 wt.% silica sol, 0.01-0.05 wt.% graphene oxide and pH adjuster, adjusting pH of polishing solution to neutrality with a pH adjuster, (c) sticking polishing pad on the polishing disc for rough polishing, transporting polishing liquid to surface of the workpiece for rough polishing to achieve the effect of removing scratches on the workpiece, setting polishing pressure of the workpiece is to 20-40 kPa for 20-40 minutes by adding counterweight to the carrier plate, polishing, washing workpiece with clean water, drying with air gun, wiping with anhydrous ethanol, (d) fine polishing, replacing polishing pad in step (c) with IC1000 pad (polishing pad), selecting polishing liquid prepared in step (b) for fine polishing, thus suppress the intergranular height difference on the surface of the workpiece, where the during the fine polishing process including setting the rotating speed of polishing disc to 40-60 revolutions/minute under 20-40 kPa for 10-20 minutes, polishing, cleaning workpiece with ultrasonic vibration and wiping with anhydrous ethanol.
