NOVELTY - Producing a detachable layer comprises preparing a support substrate, forming a polymer electrolyte layer on the support substrate, forming a graphene oxide layer on the polymer electrolyte layer and heat-treating the graphene oxide layer. USE - The detachable layer is useful for manufacturing information display element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is economical and suitable in large-area process; and improves the peeling force and prevents the generation of blisters due to gas generation by removing gas generated during the high temperature heat treatment of the flexible substrate material in prior.
