NOVELTY - A polymer coating comprises diisocyanate, polyether polyol, chain extender and modified graphene. USE - The polymer coating is used for hydraulic turbine flow parts. ADVANTAGE - The polymer coating solves the problem that the flow component of a hydraulic turbine is difficult to resist abrasion and cavitation, improves the cavitation resistance and anti-abrasion performance hydraulic turbine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the polymer coating comprising (S1) mixing diisocyanate and polyether polyol, stirring and heating to 110℃ for 15 minutes, and cooling to form a prepolymer, (S2) mixing, stirring and heating the chain extender and modified graphene to 120℃ for 5 minutes, then cooling to form a crosslinking agent, and (S3) mixing and stirring the prepolymer and crosslinking agent.
