▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a directional porous lithium iron phosphate-graphene composite material involves: (1) adding graphene oxide to 0.5-2 mol/l iron salt aqueous solution, where the mass ratio of iron salt to graphene oxide is 1:(0.2-2.6) and ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain a solution (I); (2) adding phosphoric acid to the solution (I), where the mass ratio of iron salt to phosphoric acid substance is 1:1, and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain a solution (II); (3) adding 4 mol/l lithium salt aqueous solution to the solution (II), where the mass ratio of iron salt to lithium salt substance is 1:1 and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a solution (III); (4) placing the solution (III) in a directional freezing device, freezing for 20-40 minutes and drying in a vacuum freeze-drying machine for 36-72 hours to obtain a column-shaped dry gel; and (5) placing the gel in a tubular atmosphere furnace, heating at 600-750 degrees C for 8-10 hours under protection atmosphere and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing directional porous lithium iron phosphate-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and rapid preparation of the directional porous lithium iron phosphate-graphene composite material with uniform and controllable pore diameter and pore wall thickness and excellent electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the directional porous lithium iron phosphate-graphene composite material.
