NOVELTY - A hot-melt release agent comprises 67-77 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-12 pts. wt. carboxylic acid graft-modified polypropylene wax, 6-10 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. silicate, 0.7-1 pt. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. toughening agent, and 0.7-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The carboxylic acid graft-modified polypropylene wax is modified polypropylene wax of maleic anhydride, acetic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, and/or succinic anhydride. The plasticizer is alkylene glycol, glycerol triacetate, and/or triethyl citrate. USE - Hot-melt release agent for screw cutting peeling graphene. ADVANTAGE - The hot-melt release agent has excellent thermal stability, dispersibility, and quality, and is easy for storage and transportation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A hot-melt release agent comprises 67-77 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-12 pts. wt. carboxylic acid graft-modified polypropylene wax, 6-10 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. silicate, 0.7-1 pt. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. toughening agent, and 0.7-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The hot-melt release agent is prepared by (1) placing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and carboxylic acid graft-modified polypropylene wax into a reactor with a temperature controller, uniformly stirring and mixing, controlling the temperature at 140-160 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 20-30 minutes, (2) adding chlorinated paraffin, plasticizer, silicate, and ammonium polyphosphate to the reactor, heating at 170-180 degrees C, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, (3) adding plasticizer and antioxidant, stirring for 10-15 minutes, heating at 180-190 degrees C, stopping stirring, and heat-preserving for 10-15 minutes until the components are uniformly mixed, and (4) extruding the molten material by a single screw extruder, water-cooling and pelletizing.
