NOVELTY - Preparing graphene surface modified micron-level tourmaline negative ion release functional powder comprises adding graphene to potassium hydroxide solution, reacting at 60-120°C and pressure of 1-5 atmospheres for 2-8 hours, and obtained precipitate is porous graphene activator; using air flow process to crush the tourmaline, controlling the particle size distribution of the tourmaline powder to be 1-5 microns to obtain the tourmaline powder; mixing the graphene activator with tourmaline powder, adding a solvent, and carrying out the reaction at 60-100°C, obtaining micron-level composite material with negative ion emission function; where, the mass ratio of the graphene activator to the tourmaline powder is 1:10-1000. USE - The negative ion release functional powder is useful for preparation of polymer film material, and giving negative ion effect to carrier surface. ADVANTAGE - The negative ion release functional powder: is beneficial to increase friction and release electrons through graphene into air to combine with water vapor, with high release efficiency. has high excitation efficiency; controls particle size of tourmaline at micron level, can actively prevents agglomeration and improves the negative ion release efficiency of tourmaline.
