NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide involves weighing 200 mL mixed acid solution, adding 10 g graphite powder, magnetically stirring for 1-6 hours, washing with deionized water, and vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C; taking 50 mL concentrated sulfuric acid solution and 10 g oxidant, mixing, placing in water bath, magnetically stirring for 0.5-6 hours, adding 5 g product in first step, removing impurities, adding mixed oxide solution, oxidizing at 50-80 degrees C for 1-6 hours, and stirring; and adding large amount of deionized water to dilute, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has high oxidation degree, mild reaction condition, short reaction time, and simple synthesizing equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide comprises: (A) weighing 200 mL mixed acid solution, adding 10 g graphite powder, magnetically stirring for 1-6 hours, washing with deionized water, and vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C; (B) taking 50 mL concentrated sulfuric acid solution and 10 g oxidant, mixing, placing in water bath, magnetically stirring for 0.5-6 hours, adding 5 g product in first step, removing impurities, adding mixed oxide solution, oxidizing at 50-80 degrees C for 1-6 hours, and stirring; (C) adding large amount of deionized water to dilute, filtering, washing, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, taking 1.5 g oxidized graphite powder and 0.5-2.5 g sodium nitrate, adding 23-150 mL 98% sulfuric acid, magnetically stirring for 0.5-6 hours, slowly adding 6-15 g potassium permanganate, magnetically stirring for 2-6 hours, and water bath reacting at 30-60 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours; and (D) adding 100-300 mL deionized water and 20-70 mL hydrogen peroxide solution, removing metal oxide, adding large amount of deionized water, standing, layering, adding ethanol and 10-30% hydrochloric acid, mixing, centrifuging at 4000-10000 revolutions/minute (rpm), and washing.
