NOVELTY - The system has a cage-type suspension device (4) provided with a graphene heating area (2). A fluidized bed layer (1) at a periphery of the graphene heating area is provided with an adaptive flora. The fluidization bed layer is filled with polyurethane sponge as a biological film carrier to enrich and adapt to the adaptive flora. The fluidized base layer is connected with a substrate, where the substrate is made of polyurethane sponge material. The substrate is formed as a porous porous porous plastic layer, where thickness of the substrate and the substrate are ≥ 0.5-1 mm. USE - Modularized suspension type bio-membrane fixed bed system for use in a sewage treatment plant. Can also be used as a cage-type suspension device. ADVANTAGE - The modular cage-type suspension device is convenient to install and maintain on the water surface, changing the carrier and the adaptation flora in the cage, exerting the directed efficiency of selecting the aptamer bacteria, adapting to improve the requirement of different water quality index. The fixed bed system is matched with the new strain according to demand, it forms new biological assimilation ability for the sewage pool, it has quick quality improving effect and obvious investment.
