NOVELTY - Preparing metal-graphene oxide-based composite catalyst, involves uniformly mixing the nano semiconductor and the graphene oxide solution to obtain a semi-finished product composite base solution. The semi-finished product composite base solution is placed into a photoreactor, added a sacrificial reagent, stirred in the whole process and introduced gas, and irradiated by a controlled light source to obtain a semiconductor-reduced graphene oxide composite base. The metal precursor solution is added into the semiconductor-reduced graphene oxide composite base to obtain a semi-finished catalyst. The semi-finished catalyst is irradiated by a controlled light source to obtain metal-graphene oxide-based composite catalyst with regular shape and exposed specific crystal face. USE - Method for preparing metal- graphene oxide-based composite catalyst used in chemical industry, energy, environment and biomedicine. ADVANTAGE - The composite catalyst has specific crystal face and shape, and is uniformly dispersed.
