NOVELTY - Flexible electric heating fabric comprises a fabric substrate and a conductive complex layer set on the surface of the fabric substrate. The conductive complex layer including a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a third conductive layer set sequentially cascade. The first conductive layer is loaded on the surface of the fabric substrate. The first conductive layer is a two-dimensional MXene coating. The second conductive layer is a one-dimensional metal nanowire coating. The third conductive layer is a graphene layer. The conductivity δ1of the first conductive layer is 1-4 s/m. The conductivity δ2of the second conductive layer is 3- 16 s/m and the conductivity δ3 of the third conductive layer is 10-50 s/m and δ1:δ2:δ3is 3:5:10. USE - The fabric is useful in electronic industry. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: is convenient to wear and has electromagnetic shielding, conductive function, electric heating cold-resisting effect in extreme environment and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Preparing flexible electric heating fabric comprising (a) placing the fabric into the mixed solution of ethanol and acetone for ultrasonic cleaning, placing into the surface modified solution for modified dipping to obtain the surface modified fabric, (b) placing the surface modified fabric into a two-dimensional MXene suspension for ultrasonic soaking, taking out and drying, (c) coating a one-dimensional metal nano-wire solution on the surface of the product and naturally drying and (d) plating the graphene layer on the surface of the product to obtain the flexible electric heating fabric with conductive complex layer.
