NOVELTY - Preparing graphene multifunctional ultra-fine fiber multi-layer non-woven fabric involves unpacking graphene multifunctional ultrafine fiber and low melting point fiber and weighing, and then sending to a variable frequency card opening machine for opening. The graphene multifunctional ultrafine fibers and low melting point fibers treated are sended to a wind mixer for secondary air mixing and opening, and then send them to different cotton boxes through air pipes. The fibers are send to the zero wind pressure cotton net collection device according to the arrangement of the middle layer as a low melting point fiber and the upper and lower layers as graphene multifunctional ultrafine fibers, and made the fiber fall uniformly on the collecting row. The collected fibers are pre-bonded into a fiber web by physical rolling, and then sent to a thermal bonding machine for setting to obtain the graphene multifunctional ultrafine fiber multi-layer non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene multifunctional ultra-fine fiber multi-layer non-woven fabric, that adopts a simple method of wind mixing and opening, zero wind pressure cotton net collection, physical rolling and heat setting to obtain a multi-layer non-woven fabric with a three-dimensional net structure, and obtained multi-layer non-woven fabric has the characteristics of light, soft, warm and sticky.
