NOVELTY - Double-loss type rubber absorbing material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 3-60 pts. wt. electric loss filler, 10-300 pts. wt. magnetic loss filler and 6-15 pts. wt. vulcanizing processing auxiliary agent. The preparation method of the double-loss-type rubber wave-absorbing material comprises (i) mixing part of rubber and the electrical loss filler for the first time to obtain the first master batch, (ii) mixing the remaining rubber with the magnetically lost filler for second mixing to obtain second master batch, and (iii) mixing first, second master batch and vulcanization processing auxiliary agent, performing third mixing to obtain mixed rubber, and vulcanizing the mixed rubber to obtain the double-loss type rubber wave-absorbing material. USE - The material is useful in electronic information technology, fifth generation (5G) communication, wireless fidelity (WiFi) interconnection, virtual reality and internet of things. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent wave absorbing performance and mechanical property, and realizes ultra-wideband absorption. The electric loss filler and magnetic loss filler are respectively mixed with the rubber, improves the filling efficiency of the filler based on filler-matrix interface infiltration control filler selective distribution, so that the filler using amount of the same performance is reduced, which is good for keeping the mechanical property of the rubber.
