NOVELTY - The heating device has operation box (1). A pretreatment cabinet (2) and heating box (3) are installed on top of operation box. The heating box is located on one side of pretreatment cabinet. The front end of heating box is provided with an exhaust port (4). An operation panel (5) is installed at front end of operation box. A cleaning arm (6) and a closed valve (9) are installed inside pretreatment cabinet. The closed valve is located below cleaning arm. A cabinet door (8) is installed at front end of pretreatment cabinet. A cleaning tank (10) is installed at bottom of pretreatment cabinet. A rotating ring (7) is installed through bottom end of cleaning tank and pretreatment cabinet. The washing arm has connecting frame (11). A folding frame (12) is installed at one end of connecting frame. One end of folding frame is fixedly connected with cabinet door. A shaft is installed at bottom of cabinet door. The cabinet door is movably connected with pretreatment cabinet using rotating shaft. USE - The device is used for industrialized production of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes the cleaning and pretreatment work of substrate, ensures high cleaning effect and high quality, is stable, avoids the contact with processed substrate, realizes the recovery of heat energy, and reduces the leakage of reaction gas.
