NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity aqueous polyurethane coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous leveling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. aqueous suspension agent and 2-3 pts. wt. aqueous thickener. USE - High thermal conductivity aqueous polyurethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High thermal conductivity aqueous polyurethane coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous leveling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. aqueous suspension agent and 2-3 pts. wt. aqueous thickener. The aqueous polyurethane is prepared by reacting macrodiol, diisocyanate and graphene-loaded carbon nanotubes at 90-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours; adding small molecule chain extender, hydrophilic chain extender, solvent and catalyst, and reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 3-6 hours; adding solvent, high-speed shearing, adding salt-forming agent, stirring for 3-10 minutes, high-speed water dispersing, emulsifying, and removing solvent under vacuum conditions. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high thermal conductivity aqueous polyurethane coating comprising mixing aqueous dispersant, aqueous defoamer, aqueous suspending agent and aqueous polyurethane emulsion; adding graphene and boron nitride, and ball milling; and adding aqueous wetting agent, aqueous leveling agent and aqueous thickener, dispersing, and vacuum degassing.
