NOVELTY - Preparing coating comprises e.g. (1) preparing functional filler, (2) providing 35-55 wt.% epoxy resin, 7-11 wt.% functional filler, 0.5-2.5 wt.% propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-2.5 wt.% magnesium stearate, 1-4 wt.% silicone oil, 0.6-1 wt.% polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether, 1.5-3.5 wt.% carboxymethyl cellulose, and water (balance), (3) uniformly mixing all raw materials, placing in the micro-jet high pressure homogenizer for high pressure homogenizing treatment, removing out the homogenizing product, and (4) adding the homogeneous product into dispersing cylinder, stirring, uniformly dispersing at rotating speed of 1000-1600 revolutions/minute, filtering by 120-140-mesh sieve, allowing to stand for 1-2 hours, bottling and discharging to obtain product. USE - The coating is useful for iron crafts. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves acid, alkali, salt corrosion resistance of iron crafts, enhances surface chemical resistance, improves quality, reduces maintenance and storage costs, and saves resources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing coating comprises (1) preparing functional filler as follows: (a) under the auxiliary action of ultrasound, uniformly dispersing the graphene into dispersant to obtain graphene suspension, (b) placing the sepiolite on the GJ-1.5 typehigh frequency and high voltage high power electronic accelerator for electron beam irradiation treatment, and removing out the sepiolite, (c) adding graphene suspension, glycerol and silane coupling agent in weight ratio of 5-8: 11-16: 1 into stirring tank, uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, soaking the ultrasonic probe into mixed liquid at level of 1-4 cm, soaking the sepiolite in the mixed solution for 1-4 hours, under ultrasonic auxiliary action, centrifuging at high speed to obtain precipitate, (d) placing the precipitate in the bead mill for crushing for 35-55 minutes, (2) providing 35-55 wt.% epoxy resin, 7-11 wt.% functional filler, 0.5-2.5 wt.% propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-2.5 wt.% magnesium stearate, 1-4 wt.% silicone oil, 0.6-1 wt.% polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanolamine ether, 1.5-3.5 wt.% carboxymethyl cellulose, and water (balance), (3) uniformly mixing all raw materials, placing in the micro-jet high pressure homogenizer for high pressure homogenizing treatment, removing out the homogenizing product, and (4) adding the homogeneous product into dispersing cylinder, stirring, uniformly dispersing at rotating speed of 1000-1600 revolutions/minute, filtering by 120-140-mesh sieve, allowing to stand for 1-2 hours, bottling and discharging to obtain product.
