▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A membrane comprises (a) a sheet of graphene-based material comprising single layer, (b) a non-graphenic carbon-based material, and (c) contact areas between the sheet (a) and the material (b). The layer of the sheet (a) is subjected to ion irradiation having an ion energy of 10-100000 eV and a fluence of 1x 1013-1x 1021 ions/cm2 producing perforations in the layer of the sheet (a). The material (b) has limited mobility. The mean pore size of the perforations in the layer of the sheet (a) is 0.3 nm-1 mu m and a density of perforations is 2/nm2-1/ mu m2. USE - Membrane for providing selective permeability in filtration applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A membrane comprises (a) a sheet of graphene-based material comprising single layer with two opposing surfaces exposed to the environment, (b) a non-graphenic carbon-based material in contact with a surface of the sheet (a), and (c) contact areas between the sheet (a) and the material (b). The layer of the sheet (a) is subjected to ion irradiation having an ion energy of 10-100000 eV and a fluence of 1x 1013-1x 1021 ions/cm2 producing perforations in the layer of the sheet (a). The non-graphenic carbon-based material has limited mobility. The contact area is 10-80% (excluding 10% and 80%) of the surfaces of the sheet (a). The mean pore size of the perforations in the layer of the sheet (a) is 0.3 nm-1 mu m and a density of perforations is 2/nm2-1/ mu m2. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) sheet of graphene-based material, which comprises a single layer of graphene having at least two surfaces, and a non-graphenic carbon-based material provided on the single layer graphene, where 10-80% (excluding 10% and 80%) of surfaces of the single layer graphene is covered by the non-graphenic carbon-based material that is non-volatile; and (2) conditioning of the sheet of graphene-based material, which involves heating the sheet of graphene-based material to 200-800 degrees C at a pressure of 10-7 torr to atmospheric pressure for 2-8 hours.
