NOVELTY - A modified spinning material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. resin material, 5-10 pts. wt. semiconductor material, 1-5 pts. wt. ceramic material, 15-30 pts. wt. lubricating material, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antibacterial agent and 5-10 pts. wt. dispersant. The resin material is one of polybutylene terephthalate, PVC, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, phenol resin, and ethylene-vinyl acetate. The semiconductor material is one or more of nano-titanium dioxide, nano-copper oxide, nano-tin oxide, and nano-manganese dioxide. The ceramic material is one or more of nano-zirconia, nano-aluminum oxide and nano-chromium oxide. The antibacterial agent is nano-silver. The dispersant is one or more of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, (triethylhexyl)phosphoric acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, methylpentanol, propylene glycol, butanediol, p-propanediol, polyethylene glycol-200 and polyethylene glycol-400. USE - Modified spinning material with self-cleaning function. ADVANTAGE - The modified spinning material has excellent self-cleaning function, dustproof property and antibacterial property.
