NOVELTY - Preparing underwear involves taking prepared cotton blended fiber and graphene antibacterial fiber, stranding and twisting roving through mixing the configuration group, woven roving after braising and bleaching rough yarn and roving half-de-gumming, performing dyeing and bio-enzyme pre-treatment and drying to obtain the dry product of ramie cotton elastic fiber yarn. The obtained product is subjected to dyeing and post-processing treatment for spun yarn spinning at radio frequency, picking, winding, packing, wetting and curing yarn for knitting to prepare the underwear main body. USE - Method for preparing underwear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare underwear which is ventilating, moisture absorbing, antibacterial and deodorizing, acarus-resistant, mold-proof, sanitary, safe and antibacterial, maintains the normal flora, and has no side effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing underwear involves taking prepared cotton blended fiber and graphene antibacterial fiber, stranding and twisting roving through mixing the configuration group, woven roving after braising and bleaching rough yarn and roving half-de-gumming, performing dyeing and bio-enzyme pre-treatment and drying to obtain the dry product of ramie cotton elastic fiber yarn. The obtained product is subjected to dyeing and post-processing treatment for spun yarn spinning at radio frequency, picking, winding, packing, wetting and curing yarn for knitting to prepare the underwear main body. The inner side face of the crotch is prepared by cotton blended fiber and antibacterial fiber which are plied and twisted, woven roving after braising and bleaching the rough yarn, and subjected to roving half-de-gumming antibacterial liquid treatment, bleached, and chlorine is removed. The obtained product is subjected to bio-enzyme pre-treatment before dyeing and drying to obtain the blended dry substance, which is subjected to dyeing and post treatment process after the fine yarn spinning at radio frequency, yarn picking, winding, packing, wetting and curing to be knitted with gauze to prepare the side of the crotch cloth. The anus crotch cloth is prepared by cotton blended fiber, antibacterial and deodorant fiber which are plied, twisted and roved. The configuration group is woven roved after braising and bleaching the rough yarn, and subjected to roving half-de-gumming, before dyeing and bio-enzyme pre-treatment, and dried to obtain the dry product of ramie cotton elastic fiber yarn. The obtained product is subjected to dyeing and post-processing technique for spun yarn spinning at spinning radio frequency, picking, winding, packing, wetting and curing to be knitted with gauze to obtain the anus crotch cloth. The crotch cloth, crotch side and anus crotch cloth is connected to the main body to obtain the underwear.
