NOVELTY - Super-soft elastic composite material comprises a substrate layer with a pleated structure, and an elastic layer. Multiple elastic bodies are arranged at intervals on the substrate layer along the widthwise direction of the substrate layer. The two ends of each elastic body are spread in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the base material layer to form the elastic layer, and the elastic layer and the base material layer are compositely connected as a whole through a hot melt adhesive layer. USE - The composite material e.g. elastic non-woven fabric, elastic sheet and elastic film, which is used in disposable absorbent products. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has elastic non-woven fabric softness, comfort and ventilation deficiency defect, reduces the production material and cost, and improves the market competitiveness of the product. Multiple elastic bodies are arranged at intervals on the substrate layer along the widthwise direction of the substrate layer. The two ends of each elastic body are spread in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the base material layer to form the elastic layer, and the elastic layer and the base material layer are compositely connected as a whole through a hot melt adhesive layer. The elastic composite material is composited with a double-layer structure, a hot-melt adhesive layer is applied on the adhesive surface of each elastic body facing the substrate layer, then the elastic body is connected to the trough part through a hot-melt adhesive layer, so that the elastic composite material has stretch recovery in its longitudinal direction.
