NOVELTY - Method for preparing porous bipolar plate, involves forming a mixed slurry on a surface of a carbon paper, where the mixed slurry includes conductive material, which comprises graphite powder and/or acetylene black, and soluble pore-forming agent i.e. water-soluble pore-forming agent, and the soluble pore-forming agent comprises sucrose, sodium chloride and/or polyethylene glycol. The carbon paper whose surface is formed with the mixed slurry, is processed. The carbon paper is used to treat mixture of the carbon paper with the mixed slurry, where the mixed slurry comprises agglomerant filler, and reinforced filler comprises at least one of terminal carboxyl carbon nano-tube, chopped carbon fibre and graphene oxide. A dissolving process is used to make holes for formation of a bipolar plate to obtain a porous bipolar plate. The plate is treated with a carbon-forming solution in a vacuum environment, where the solution contains 48 wt.% sulphuric acid and 8.5 wt.% hydrogen peroxide. USE - Method for preparing a porous bipolar plate used in a fuel cell for a commercial vehicle and a passenger vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The porous bipolar plate improves conductivity of the fuel cell and reduces production process cost. The carbon paper has strong anti-mechanical pressure ability, and enhances bending strength of the bipolar plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a porous bipolar plate.
