NOVELTY - A graphene oxide solution is provided, and coated on a glass substrate. Graphene oxide is reduced as primary reducing agent, to obtain reduced graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide is heat-treated under the inert atmosphere and reduced with secondary graphene oxide, to obtain graphene transparent electrode glass. USE - Manufacture of graphene transparent electrode glass used for touch screen of electrostatic capacitive type (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene transparent electrode glass is efficiently manufactured with excellent conductivity.
