USE - Field emission electron source for a carbon nanotube graphene composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The source greatly improves carbon nano-tube array field emission ability, and has high stability. The source can bear high emission current density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method for a field emission electron source of a carbon nanotube graphene composite structure.
