▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-composited sisal fiber coral concrete involves mixing graphene, sisal fiber and coral concrete, where mass ratio between the components of the coral concrete is cement, sand, coral aggregate, artificial seawater, nano material, and fiber material is 1:(1.5-1.8):(2.1-2.7):(0.3-0.53):(0.0001-0.0005):(0.01-0.02). The cement is an ordinary Portland cement with the label 42.5, medium sand is a natural medium coarse river sand with an average particle diameter of 0.2-0.5 mm. The coral is a natural coral crumb in the coastal area of China, and has two strips and a block shape, and has a length of 2-4 cm and a particle diameter of 1-2 cm. The artificial seawater comprising seawater composition of the South China Sea, and the comprehensive salinity is 3.5% (mass percent). The fiber material is sisal fiber and has a length of 1.5-2 cm. The nanomaterial is graphene having a particle size of 0.5-1 nm. USE - Method for preparing graphene-composited sisal fiber coral concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-composited sisal fiber coral concrete which effectively solves the problem of inconvenient to transport building reef construction, saves fresh water, with environmental protection and has economic benefit.
