▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ polymerized modified polyurethane-based elastomer carbon nanofiber comprises 22-48 pts. wt. polyurethane, 16-32 pts. wt. propylene oxide, 12-26 pts. wt. isocyanate, 6-18 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 11-23 pts. wt. carbon nanofiber, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-9 pts. wt. graphite, 7-18 pts. wt. montmorillonite, and 5-12 pts. wt. talc. USE - Used as in-situ polymerized modified polyurethane-based elastomer carbon nanofibers. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing in-situ polymerized modified polyurethane-based elastomer carbon nanofiber comprising (i) mixing polyurethane and propylene oxide into a mixer, blending at 92-132 degrees C for 8-25 minutes, again blending at 75-112 degrees C for 7-12 hours, adding stabilizer and plasticizer at 92-130 degrees C and continuously blending for 8-17 minutes to obtain matrix, (ii) mixing carbon nanofiber, graphene, graphite, montmorillonite and talc, grinding into powder, where powder particle size is 60-120 mesh, heating in a electric furnace at 95-125 degrees C for 1-3.5 hours, (iii) adding product obtained in step (ii) to matrix obtained in step (i), mixing at 92-125 degrees C for 7-15 minutes, and allowing to stand at 90-118 degrees C for 6-12 hours, (iv) mixing first vulcanization modified raw material obtained in step (iii), adding vulcanizing agent, stirring the mixture at 92-120 degrees C for 6-14 hours, (v) adding isocyanate, tetrahydrofuran and carbon nanofiber to material and vulcanizing at 92-116 degrees C for 6-12 minutes, (vi) adding vulcanizing agent to material, second modified blend obtained in step (v), then adding curing agent, mixing evenly and stirring at 95-116 degrees C for 6-15 hours, and (vii) mixing product obtained in step (vi) in an open mill and milling at 94-125 degrees C, transparent to the batch and refining to obtain final product.
