▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The multilayer anisotropic conductive film (3000) has an anisotropic conductive layer (100) including graphene (120) and an electroconductive filler (130). The conductive layer has a directionality with respect to electrical conductivity. A non-electroconductive layer (200) containing graphene oxide (220) and inorganic filler (230) is formed on the conductive layer. The filler contains a metal and or alloy. USE - Multilayer anisotropic conductive film for electronic packaging applications, particularly for packaging printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor element as well as packaging PCB and transparent electrode of indium tin oxide (ITO) of LCD. ADVANTAGE - The film provides excellent anisotropy with respect to electrical conductivity, and minimizes internal stress due to heat expansion coefficient difference, thus minimizing packaging defect.
