NOVELTY - Garment fabric is produced by weaving warp yarn and weft yarn. The warp yarn comprises 3-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 40-50 pts. wt. modal fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-12 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. copper fiber and 2-4 pts. wt. nano-alumina. The weft yarn comprises 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. tourmaline, 4-5 pts. wt. soybean fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber and 15-18 pts. wt. wool fiber. The warp and weft surface are equipped with polyurethane layer. USE - As garment fabric (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Garment fabric is produced by weaving warp yarn and weft yarn. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the fabric, which involves placing the warp and weft materials in a separate reaction vessel, melting, freezing for 5-10 minutes, adding into polyurethane solution, soaking for 10-20 minutes, drying, and weaving the warp and weft into nonwoven fabric.
