NOVELTY - The device has a sealing box body (1) fixed with a transport belt (2). The transport belt rotates a transport motor (3). The sealing box body and the transport belt are connected with a swinging component (4) that is connected with a spraying component (8). A dopant adding box (5) is fixed with the spraying component and an air inlet pipeline of a gas compressor (10). The transport belt is connected with a bottom fan (12) that is connected with a waste gas recovering module (13). The swinging component is fixed with a swing frame (41). USE - Graphene thin film doped device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high graphene thin film doping efficiency.
