NOVELTY - A single-component aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint comprises 25-50 pts. wt. water-based epoxy modified acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous rust transforming agent phosphate, 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 0-2 pts. wt. amine neutralizing agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. aqueous graphene dispersing agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. aqueous antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 15-25 pts. wt. inorganic pigment, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. aqueous graphene slurry, 5-15 pts. wt. talc, 10-25 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0-3 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 0-0.5 pt. wt. aqueous wetting agent, and 0-0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent. USE - Single-component aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint for protection of metal surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has improved construction performance, anti-corrosion performance, adhesiveness, flexibility, hardness, gasoline resistance, and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of single-component water-based graphene anticorrosive paint, which involves diluting the aqueous epoxy-modified acrylic resin with deionized water, using an amine neutralizing agent, adjusting the pH of the system to 7.5-8.5, adding aqueous graphene dispersing agent, aqueous antifoaming agent to the resin solution, and adding gas phase silicon dioxide, inorganic pigment, talc, barium sulfate, graphene dispersion, zinc phosphate and stirred, and the mixture obtained is sanded to a fineness of less than 40 mu m, filtered, and adding the remaining resin, de-ionized water, aqueous wetting agent and leveling agent to the filtrate, and the mixture is uniformly stirred; and (2) protection of metal surface, which involves applying the single-component aqueous graphene anticorrosive paint to a surface of a metal substrate, and curing the anticorrosive paint at a normal temperature, the coating method preferably involves spraying, and the metal substrate preferably comprises a carbon steel polishing, and sand blasting.
