▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a pair of graphite electrodes and an electrolyte. The ruthenium salt, tin salt, and carbon monoxide salt are dissolved in a solvent to obtain a mixed metal salt solution. An atomic ratio of ruthenium, tin and carbon monoxide in the mixed metal salt solution is defined in specific range. The graphene in the mixed metal salt solution is added, mixed, and dried to obtain a graphene-metal salt precursor. The graphene-metal salt precursor is calcined at 220 degrees Celsius to 300 degrees Celsius to obtain a graphene-doped metal oxide electrode material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-doped metal oxide electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-doped metal oxide electrode material is composited by introducing a metal oxide and graphene so that the metal nanoparticles are embedded between adjacent graphene sheet layers. The reasonable combination of the electric double layer electrode material and the tantalum capacitor electrode material has good conductivity and chemical stability, and has an ideal specific capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A pair of graphite electrodes is inserted into the electrolyte, electrolysis is energized, and the graphene obtained by electrolysis is obtained. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photographic view of the electrode material.
