NOVELTY - A silver-poly dopamine-graphene-composite-modified electrochemical sensor has a glassy carbon electrode and a silver-poly dopamine-graphene composite membrane coated on a surface of the glassy carbon electrode. USE - Silver-poly dopamine-graphene-composite-modified electrochemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is prepared in a simple, economical and environment-friendly manner with high sensitivity and low detection limit, and can realize rapid sensitivity determination of guanine and adenine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a silver-poly dopamine-graphene-composite-modified electrochemical sensor, which involves adding 100 mg graphite ultrasonic dispersion agent into 100 ml distilled water, adding 200 mg tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane to the mixture, crushing the mixture in ice water bath for 1 minute at room temperature and stirring for 20 hours, filtering and washing the obtained product, heating the washed product to 60 degrees C in a vacuum drying box and drying to obtain poly-dopamine-graphene compound, adding 25 mg dopamine-graphite to 25 ml (1x 10-3 mole/l) silver nitrate solution and stirring for 2 hours at room temperature, filtering and washing the obtained mixture, heating the washed mixture to 60 degrees C in the vacuum drying box to obtain the silver-poly dopamine-graphene-composite-modified electrochemical sensor.
