NOVELTY - The gas sensor has a metal film, a layer of electrodeposited mixture of graphene and potassium permanganate on film, and electrical connections in the form of metal pads on layer of electrodeposited mixture of graphene and potassium permanganate. The metal in the metal film is selected from tin and zinc. The metal in metal pads is selected from gold and silver. The layer of electrodeposited mixture of graphene and potassium permanganate is on tin film. The electrical connections in form of a silver pads on said layer of electrodeposited mixture of graphene and potassium permanganate. USE - Nitrogen oxide gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen oxide gas sensor is sensitive and selective towards nitrogen oxide gas. The simple, efficient and economical process for the preparation of nitrogen oxide gas sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparation of nitrogen oxide gas sensor.
