▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polymer cement mortar composition comprises 40 wt.% functional binder, 50 wt.% fine aggregate, 1 wt.% graphene dispersion, and 9 wt.% water. The functional binder comprises 31-35 wt.% crude Portland cement, 20 wt.% calcium or magnesium sulfoaluminate, 10 wt.% calcium chloroaluminate, 5 wt.% hollow silica, 5 wt.% diatomaceous earth, 5 wt.% gypsum, 5 wt.% lithium silicate-potassium silicate mixture, 5 wt.% bentonite, 1 wt.% emery powder, 0.1-2 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer, 0.1-2 wt.% methyl methacrylate-styrene butadiene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-polyvinyl chloride copolymer, cellulose acetate, water-reducing agent, curing retardant, antifoam agent, magnesium silicate, titanium oxide, 3-acryloxypropylmethylbis(trimethoxy)silane, alkyl polyacrylate, tetrafluoroethylene-trifluoronitrosomethane copolymer, propylene glycol alginate, and at least one hydrophilic fibers chosen from polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, nylon fibers, and macrofibers. USE - Polymer cement mortar composition is used for repairing and reinforcing structural section of concrete (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to road sideway, median strip, wing wall, sewage pipe, sewage box, waterways, waterway bridge, and water supply tunnel. ADVANTAGE - The polymer cement mortar composition has excellent strength and durability by using graphene having high powder degree, and excellent flexural toughness, acid resistance, alkali resistance, chloride penetration resistance, neutralization resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and water resistance. During repair and reinforcement of concrete structure, only water can be injected and used at the site, so that site constructability is improved and early strength can be expressed, which shortens construction period to reduce traffic opening time, and extends common period of the concrete structure.
