▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves growing a graphene layer (220) on a surface of a growth substrate (215). The growth substrate is affixed onto a surface of a transitory substrate (205). The graphene layer is delaminated from the growth substrate. The graphene layer is transferred onto a target surface. A protective coating (225) is deposited on the graphene layer. A top surface of the transitory substrate is scored with a set of score marks, where each mark is located near an edge of the transitory substrate. The transitory substrate is immersed in conductive solution contained an electrochemical cell. USE - Method for transferring graphene from a surface of a substrate to other substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables applying a protective covering to the graphene layer, thus allows a graphene to be handled by machinery and other manufacturing conditions without a need to worry about contaminating or damaging the graphene layer, and allows a viewer to quickly view and see delamination of the graphene layer with ease by providing a colored background. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The transitory substrate comprises glass, plastic, metal, silicon, silicon oxide, aluminum, or aluminum oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a system for transferring graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene layer on a surface of a particular substrate.
