▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene positive temperature coefficient (PTC) ink includes polymer microspheres containing a first conductive medium, aqueous high molecular polymer, second conductive medium, ink additive and water. The polymer microspheres containing the first conductive medium are prepared by mixing the first conductive medium and the high molecular polymer emulsion to obtain a composite dispersion emulsion containing the first conductive medium. The composite dispersion emulsion containing the first conductive medium is dried into powder to obtain the polymer microspheres containing the first conductive medium. USE - Aqueous graphene positive temperature coefficient ink. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene positive temperature coefficient ink does not contain organic solvents, and has good PTC cycle performance and is easy to print and film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-based graphene PTC ink, which involves: (A) mixing the first conductive medium and the high molecular polymer emulsion, and dispersing them into a composite dispersion emulsion containing the first conductive medium through high-speed shearing; (B) drying the composite dispersion emulsion containing the first conductive medium into powder by freeze drying or spray drying to obtain polymer microspheres containing the first conductive medium; (C) dissolving the water-soluble polymer in water; and (D) mixing polymer microspheres, the water-soluble polymer solution, the second conductive medium, and the ink additives to obtain the water-based graphene PTC ink.
