NOVELTY - Preparing double self-healing aqueous polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, comprises (1) mixing 3-9 pts. wt. titania nanocapsules and 100-300 pts. wt. 10 mg/ml silane coupling agent-modified graphene oxide suspension under ice-water bath conditions, adjusting the pH of the mixture to 10, and reacting for 1-5 hours of reaction, removing the supernatant, drying to obtain titania nanocapsules-graphene oxide composite, where the mass-to-liquid ratio of titania nanocapsules and silane coupling agent modified graphene oxide suspension is 3 g:100 ml, and (2) adding 0.4 pts. wt. the titania nanocapsule-graphene oxide composite into 40 pts. wt. self-healing waterborne polyurethane with a mass fraction of 25 wt.%, stirring, dispersing and mixing, coating on the surface of the substrate and curing obtaining a double self-healing waterborne polyurethane anti-corrosion coating. USE - The method is useful for preparation of double self-repairing aqueous polyurethane anti-corrosion coating used in chemical industry, transportation and manufacturing industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare double self-repairing aqueous polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, which not only can ensure the coating of long-acting antireflective performance but also repairing coating damage.
