NOVELTY - Use of graphene for preparing vacuum UV photovoltaic detector, is claimed. USE - Graphene for use as vacuum UV transparent conductive window in p-graphene/aluminum nitride/p-gallium nitride back photovoltaic detector that is utilized for preparing vacuum UV photovoltaic detector. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high crystal quality, excellent vacuum UV response characteristic, fast response time, high external quantum efficiency and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a p-graphene/aluminum nitride/p-gallium nitride back photovoltaic detector.
