NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot composite nano-microsphere with calcium carbonate involves mixing graphene quantum dot solution with calcium salt and dimethyl carbonate, heating in 20-22 degrees C water bath, stirring for 1-5 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide solution to mixed solution, stirring for 30 seconds, allowing to stand, filtering, using absolute ethyl alcohol to wash product by anhydrous ethanol from filtration membrane in centrifuge tube, drying under vacuum at 30-80 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain the graphene quantum dot composite nano-microsphere with calcium carbonate. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot composite nano-microsphere with calcium carbonate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dot composite nano-microsphere with calcium carbonate, which has hollow and solid structure, large specific surface area and good cell compatibility, it can be made into medicine carrier or human tissue engineering bracket and is applied to medical field of bone tissue.
