▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A grapheme aqueous dispersion with a different concentration is filtered through a filter membrane to form membranaceous product which is peeled off the filter membrane and dried to obtain a graphene membrane. Sulfuric acid is added with an aqueous solution of conductive polymer or transition metal oxide to be used as electrolyte. The surface of the graphene membrane is sedimentated with the conductive polymer or the transition metal oxide via a constant potential electrochemical deposition method to produce a graphene compound membrane. USE - Electrode material manufacturing method for graphene soft super capacitor. Can also be used in energy field and electron device. ADVANTAGE - Provides super capacitor having high weight capacity and volume capacity. Enables application in energy field and electron device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The filter membrane is a cellulose acetate membrane, regenerated cellulose membrane, cellulose nitrate membrane, polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, glass fiber filter membrane or polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane. The conductive polymer comprises thiophene, pyrrole or aniline. The transition metal oxide comprises ammonium chloride, nickel nitrate, manganous nitrate, potassium permanganate or ruthenium chloride.
