NOVELTY - Carbon fiber composite wood comprises 100-150 pts. wt. agricultural and forestry waste powder, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium silicate powder, 20-33 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 4-10 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 Polyvinylpyrrolidone, 8-16 pts. wt. isocyanate, 12-18 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 16-22 pts. wt. adhesive silicone resin, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 35-50 pts. wt. water. USE - Carbon fiber composite wood. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber composite wood is widely applied to the field of construction material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing carbon fiber composite wood, which involves: (A) weighing agricultural and forestry waste powder, calcium silicate powder, chopped carbon fiber, paraffin oil, graphene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, isocyanate, titanium dioxide, adhesive silicone resin, water reducing agent, water; (B) adding graphene oxide to the water and uniformly dispersing ultrasonic layer to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, flushing with nitrogen gas, passing nitrogen gas, adding isocyanate, heating mixture to 45-65 degrees C in the presence of nitrogen for 8-12 hours to obtain a mixed solution; (C) adding agricultural and forestry waste powder to 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution, soaking and softening and disinfecting, soaking time is 3-6 hours; (D) drying softened mixture, injecting into a hot mill, and adding calcium silicate powder, the titanium white powder and the chopped carbon fiber to the hot mill and stirred, and then removing large particulate matter by sieving; (E) injecting into the internal mixer and simultaneously adding the mixed liquid and the water reducing agent, polyvinylpyrrolidone and paraffin oil and then performing a mixing reaction; (F) injecting into a mixer for natural cooling by stirring, and adding a silicone resin at the same time, stirring for 45-60 minutes to obtain cooling object; and (G) injecting cooling material into a molding die, and hot-pressing in a hot press, and cooling to obtain carbon fiber composite wood.
