▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite material involves obtaining oxidized graphene glass fiber by soaking glass fiber in the dispersion liquid of graphene oxide, drying to glass fiber and coating with oxidized graphene. A hydrophobic graphene oxide glass fiber is obtained by coating oxidized graphene glass fiber on ethanol solution of urushiol to modify, and dried to obtain hydrophobic graphene coated glass fiber. The hydrophobic graphene coated glass fiber is melt to obtain composite material. USE - Method for preparing composite material for fuel cell end plate of proton exchange membrane fuel cell system used in vehicle, and used in other types of fuel cell systems such as direct current (DC)-DC converter, and alternating current (AC)-AC converter. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite material for fuel cell end plate that has excellent mechanical strength, stability and creep resistance, and reduces the glass fiber reinforced polyamide material ion leaching amount, improves the interface compatibility of glass fiber and polyamide, reduces the water absorption and ion leaking amount, and avoids long-term mechanical performance such as creep resistance of the fuel cell.
