NOVELTY - Graphene anti-corrosion paint comprises part A and part B, where the part (A) comprises 70-80 parts mass epoxy resin, 10-15 parts mass graphene powder, 15-20 parts mass curing agent, 20-22 parts mass deionized water, 5-7 parts mass wetting agent, 10-13 parts mass defoamer, 0.5-1 part mass silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts mass film-forming agent, 20-30 parts mass ethylene glycol, 10-15 parts mass fluorine-containing acrylate, 2-3 parts mass plasticizer, and 10-15 parts mass N-methylpyrrolidone, and part B comprises zinc powder, and the weight ratio of the A part to the B part is 1:5-1:6. USE - As graphene anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anti-corrosion paint improves anti-corrosion performance, increases prolonged shelf-life, strengthens the adhesion of the coating to the surface of the object, and is suitable for a wide temperature range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene anti-corrosion paint comprising (a) placing epoxy resin, curing agent, deionized water, wetting agent, defoaming agent, silane coupling agent, film-forming agent, ethylene glycol, fluorine-containing acrylate and plasticizer in a container to reconcile together, stirring, (b) adding graphene powder and N-methylpyrrolidone in another container, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, pouring the mixture of graphene powder and N-methylpyrrolidone into the container in step (a), stirring to obtain the first part of the coating, and (c) using zinc powder as part B of the coating, adding zinc powder to the part A of the paint obtained in step (b) in a ratio of 1:5-1:6, stirring evenly and filtering to obtain the product.
