▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-strength heat-resistant carbon nano aluminum matrix composite material comprises 0.01-0.09 wt.% reduced graphene oxide, 0.05-0.3 wt.% zirconium, 0.010-0.015 wt.% titanium, less than or equal to 0.08 wt.% iron, less than or equal to 0.04 wt.% silicon and aluminum (balance amount). USE - Used as high-strength heat-resistant carbon nano aluminum matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: utilizes graphene, which has unique two-dimensional pleated surface; utilizes alumina nanoparticles, which increases wettability of graphene and aluminum melts and non-uniform nucleus particle refinement grains; has excellent chemical stability, and improved thermal stability; solves the problem of limiting the strength and heat resistance during the application of Series 1 alloy splice fittings; and has density of 100%, increased strength of more than 30%, and increased heat resistance of more than 30-50 degrees C.
