NOVELTY - Preparation of high-strength latex material for production of medical gloves comprises rinsing glove mold with purified water for 1-2 minutes; sterilizing at high-temperature; cooling; mixing acrylonitrile emulsion, titanium dioxide, sulfur, stearic acid, zinc oxide, white carbon black, sodium bicarbonate, anti-aging agent, deionized water and accelerator to obtain rubber latex solution; mixing graphene, stearic acid, glycol, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, lauryl acrylate and diisocyanate to obtain high-strength latex solution; mixing calcium chloride, ethanol and cyclohexanone at 50-80 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to obtain coagulation gum solution; soaking dried glove mold in rubber latex emulsion for 20-40 seconds; removing and drying; soaking in high-strength latex solution for 20-35 minutes; taking out glove mold to cool; and further soaking in coagulation gum solution for 15-30 minutes. USE - The method is used for preparing high-strength latex material used for producing medical gloves. ADVANTAGE - The method produces high-strength latex material that produce medical gloves having good abrasion resistance. The medical gloves solves problem of high hardness when wearing it, and is inconvenient to wear.
